Spawn run fish move out of lakes and dams (in this case Eucumbene) and run up the river to spawn. These fish can be massive and active very specifically as they head up to breed. They run at a certain time of year, they only feed on specific foods so matching their prey is very important. Learn all about spawn run trout!
